Peach Cake
Peach Cake Recipe
Prepare a 23 cm vanilla sponge cake
Filling
1 big can of peach
200g whipping cream (whip till peak)
Topping
100 topping cream ( whip till peak)
Method:-
1) Slice the vanilla sponge cake into 2-3 layers.
2) Spread the whipped cream over 1st layer of the cake.
3) Place some peaches on it.
4) Cover with another layer of cake. Repeat step 2-3.
5) Cover the cake with whipped topping cream. Decorate as desire.
6) Chill the cake.
